Episode 3 | Ayurveda – About the science of life with Dr. Sujatha

The 3rd episode of the #changetheworldalittlepodcast introduces Dr. Sujatha Kekada, an Ayurvedic doctor and the Co-founder of Amrtasiddhi, an Ayurvedic retreat space in Ubud, Bali, where I got to spend a week in the beginning of this year. In this episode we dive deep into the realm of Ayurveda, the science of life.

We tackle the history of Ayurveda, speak about her own, personal path with it and illuminate the connection point between body, mind and spirit and how imbalance can put the body into a state of ‘dis-ease’.

Dr. Sujatha also shares practical tips and insights for those who haven’t had much experience with Ayurvedic practices and would love to delve deeper into the ancient wisdom of life.
