HOLISTIC SOMATIC & COMPASSIONATE INQUIRY COACHING

“Not the world, not what’s outside of us, but what we hold inside traps us. We may not be responsible for the world that created our minds, but we can take responsibility for the mind with which we create our world.”
~ Gabor Maté

What does a world feel like where everyone is safe to fully be themselves?
This is a question I continuously explore in my own life and in my sessions with clients. Feeling safe to express our authenticity is very closely connected to the habitual state of our nervous systems and the level of trauma held in the body. As I teenager, I myself have journeyed through struggles with mental health. That is why I have devoted my life to sharing the tools that have helped me heal trauma and regulate my nervous system. It is my life’s passion to support others on their journey of recovery towards fully experiencing, embracing, and celebrating life in this human body.
